Ordering & specifications
What is the minimum order quantity for custom paper bags?
Our minimum order quantity is 5,000 pieces, depending on the materials and finishing options selected. For orders combining several sizes of the same design, the MOQ can be revised.
How long does production take?
Standard lead time is 2 to 5 weeks from sample approval. This includes sample production (approximately 1 week), approval time, and mass production. We commit to the agreed delivery date and provide you with regular production updates throughout.
What paper types and weights do you offer?
We work with couché paper, white or brown Kraft paper, art paper and grooved paper. Weights range from 120 gsm to 280 gsm, depending on the bag size, handle type and finishing required.
What printing and finishing options are available?
We print up to 5 colors using offset printing. Available finishes include hot stamping (gold or silver foil), UV spot varnish, embossing and debossing, grooving, and matte or gloss lamination. Finishes can be combined on the same bag.
What types of handles are available?
We offer PP or cotton rope handles, silk or grosgrain ribbon handles, herring bone tape, cord, and die-cut handles integrated directly into the bag. Each handle type is available in custom colors.
Do you export to the USA, Europe and Japan?
Yes, 95% of our production is exported. Our main markets are the USA, Japan and Europe. We are familiar with the quality standards and import requirements of each market. We coordinate directly with your freight forwarder for pickup at our factory.
Can you produce paper bags in custom sizes?
Yes. We manufacture paper bags in any size to fit your product. Send us your dimensions and we will produce samples for approval before starting mass production.
